Joseph Toon - Director / Senior Environmental Consultant
Joseph Toon is a Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) with 12 years experience in environmental management. Initially gaining experience in fisheries and marine management, policy and socio-economic impacts, Joseph has spent the last 10 years as an environmental consultant working for a diverse range of clients across marine and terrestrial projects.
His experience is largely in statutory approvals, project environmental management and stakeholder coordination and management. Joseph has successfully assisted clients in the delivery of project environmental management, environmental impact assessments, development of scopes and studies to meet the requirements of both Commonwealth and State assessment processes, development of environmental management systems, licensing and reporting under statutory conditions, and where required, environmental approval strategic planning.
Joseph has worked on projects in the infrastructure, resources, land development and government industries. His experience in project work across industries has developed his ability to manage client, stakeholder and regulator expectations. He is proficient in the application of baseline data and understanding its relevance to the project.
Dr Natalie Toon - Director / Senior Ecologist
Natalie is a higher degree qualified ecologist with specialty experience in aquatic science. Natalie has managed and worked on projects at a government, academic and industry level.
Natalie’s experience incorporates project development and implementation, along with skills in data management and statistical analysis, through to project completion and report production. She has been involved in biological surveys, environmental monitoring programs and research projects in both Queensland and Western Australia.
Natalie has experience working with a variety of stakeholders across government, industry and academia. Natalie has authored a number of publications, presented at national and international conferences and is a member of ecological and environmental groups in Australia.
